Your privacy is important to us. It is FastForm's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, form-fast.com, and other sites we own and operate.

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information (name, email address)
• Google user data that you explicitly provide to us, including:
  • Email address and basic profile information
  • Documents and files you choose to upload
  • Usage data to improve our services
• Technical information (IP address, browser type, device information)
• Payment details (processed securely through Stripe)

How we use your information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Provide and maintain our services
• Process your document requests and e-signatures
• Send you important updates about our services
• Improve our application's functionality and user experience
• Process your transactions and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations
• We do not use your Google user data for targeted advertising, user profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing or improving FastForm

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our application (e.g., Stripe for payments)
• Legal authorities when required by law
• Partners who help us provide our services (with your consent)
• We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties for targeted advertising, marketing, credit-worthiness, or any purpose beyond providing or improving our services

Google Workspace (Gmail) data

When you choose to connect your Gmail account, we request the following Google scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly – to let you view existing conversations inside FastForm.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose – to save a draft reply that you create in FastForm.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send – to send the email you author when you press Send.

We access the minimum Gmail data required to provide these features (message headers, body, attachments, labels and draft content). We never access emails unless you open them in the FastForm interface, and we do not access folders you do not explicitly select.

Prohibited uses

• No AI/ML model training: FastForm does not use Gmail data to develop, improve or train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
• No advertising or profiling: Gmail data is never used for targeted advertising, user profiling or credit-worthiness decisions.
• No sale of data: We do not sell Gmail data to third parties.

Storage & deletion of Gmail data

FastForm stores a cached copy of message metadata (thread ID, subject, from/to, internalDate) and any drafts you explicitly save so we can display them quickly. Full message bodies are fetched on-demand and discarded after you close the viewer, unless you choose to archive them inside FastForm. If you disconnect Gmail, all cached Gmail data is permanently deleted within 24 hours.

Data protection

• End-to-end encryption for sensitive data

• Access controls and authentication measures
• SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission

Data retention and deletion
